Product Information

What leather do you use?
We use premium Horween Chromexcel leather for most of our camera straps. This is a full-grain, pull-up leather that's incredibly durable, develops a beautiful patina over time. Some products also feature high-quality veg tan leather.

How do I choose the right strap length?
For neck straps, measure from your shoulder to where you'd like your camera to hang. Most photographers prefer 34-46 inches. For wrist straps, our standard 8-inch length fits most wrists comfortably. If you need a custom length, please contact us before ordering.

Are your straps compatible with my camera?
Our straps work with most DSLR, mirrorless, and film cameras. For specific compatibility information, please visit our Compatible Cameras page or contact us with your camera model.

Can I customize or personalize my strap?
Yes! We offer custom lengths and can accommodate special requests. Please email us at 595strapco@gmail.com before placing your order to discuss your customization needs.

How do I care for my leather strap?
Leather is naturally durable and low-maintenance. Simply wipe with a dry cloth if needed. For detailed care instructions, visit our Care Guide. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and extreme heat.

What if my item is out of stock?
Most of our products are handmade to order, so even if inventory shows zero, you can still place an order. We'll craft your item and ship within 7 working days. For specific availability questions, please email us.

Do you offer a warranty?
We stand behind the quality of our handmade products. If you experience any defects in materials or workmanship, please contact us at 595strapco@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?
Simply choose the product you require along with the quantity you need and hit 'Add to Cart'. This will take you to our cart page where we process all orders.

Can I order by phone?
We currently do not have facilities to take orders by phone, only online ordering through the website is available.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
We have no minimum order requirement on any of our items.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal, which allows either the use of your PayPal account or the ability to pay securely via PayPal with your credit card. We also accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately at 595strapco@gmail.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does my order take to ship?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow up to 7 working days for shipping. You will receive a confirmation email after purchase and a shipment email when your order has been dispatched.

How long does UK delivery take?
UK orders are shipped free via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch. We also offer a tracked service at additional cost if required.

How long does international shipping take?
International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International tracked delivery, which typically takes 5-10 working days depending on your location. We can provide expedited service if required (surcharge may apply).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! All UK domestic orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail. International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International tracked delivery. Please email any special shipping requirements prior to placing your order.

Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. UK tracked service and all international orders include tracking.

Tax and Custom duties
For shipments outside of the UK, you will be solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees and/or other duties, fees, taxes and charges to your order. 595strapco accepts no responsibility for the payment of these duties, fees, taxes and charges.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns and exchanges policy?
We make every effort to make products of the highest quality that will offer many years of enjoyable service.

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us at 595strapco@gmail.com to arrange a return for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt provided it is returned to us in an unused condition and in the original wrapping.

Returns are only accepted from UK customers. Export sales are final except in the case of defects. Any custom or personalised items are final due to the nature of their personalisation.

All returned items must be in a new, unused condition, together with the original packaging. Altered, damaged or soiled returns will not be accepted and returned to the customer without refund.

All goods are to be returned carriage paid and we would recommend using a form of tracked service. 595strapco cannot be held liable or accept any responsibility for any returns lost in transit. Refund of the full purchase price will be through the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded. If your item is faulty please return it to us within 14 days and a full refund or replacement, including postage will be made.

How long will my refund take to process?
Refunds will be issued to the same card or method of payment originally used. It can take between 7-14 days for the refund to show on your account.

What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
In the event that any item purchased is faulty, 595strapco will send out a replacement and arrange for the faulty item to be returned to us. Alternatively you can return the faulty items to us and we will arrange a refund of the products, initial delivery cost and the return delivery cost (on proof of delivery cost receipt).
