How do I place an order?
Simply choose the product you require along with the quantity you need and hit ‘Buy Now’. This will take you to our cart page where we process all orders.

Can I order by phone?

We currently do not have facilities to take orders by phone, only online ordering through the website is available.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
We have no minimum order requirement on any of our items.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via PAYPAL, which allows either the use of your PAYPAL account or the ability to pay securely via PAYPAL with your credit card.

How long before does my order take to ship?
Due to the nature of our products, we would ask you to allow up to 7 working days for shipping.  You will receive a confirmation email of your order after purchase and a shipment email advising you your order has been shipped.

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

We make every effort to make products of the highest quality that will offer many years of enjoyable service.  

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us at 595strapco@gmail.com to arrange a return for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt provided it is returned to us in an unused condition and in the original wrapping.

Returns are only accepted from UK customers.  Export sales are final except in the case of defects. Any custom or personalised items are final due to the nature of their personalisation.

All returned items must be in a new, unused condition, together with the original packaging. Altered, damaged or soiled returns will not be accepted and returned to the customer without refund.

All goods are to be returned carriage paid and we would recommend using a form of tracked service. 595strapco cannot be held liable or accept any responsibility for any returns lost in transit. Refund of the full purchase price will be through the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded.

If your item is faulty please please return it to us within 14 days and a full refund or replacement, including postage will be made.

How long will my refund take to process?

Refunds will be issued to the same card or method of payment originally used. It can between 7-14 days for the refund to show on your account.

What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
In the event that any item purchased is faulty, 595strapco will send out a replacement and arrange for the faulty item to be returned to us. Alternatively you can return the faulty items to us and we will arrange a refund of the products, initial delivery cost and the return delivery cost (on proof of delivery cost receipt).

When will my order be shipped?
Due to the nature of our products, we would ask you to allow up to a maximum of 7 days for shipping.  You will receive a confirmation email of your order automatically after purchase and a shipment email advising you of your order has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

All UK domestic orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail. We also offer a UK tracked service at additional cost if required. 

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International tracked delivery. We can also provide an expedited service if you require an alternative or faster service, but a surcharge for this may apply. Please email any special shipping requirements you have prior to placing an order with us.

Tax and Custom duties
For shipments outside of the UK, you will be solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees and/or other duties, fees, taxes and charges to your order. 595strapco accept no responsibility for the payment of these duties, fees, taxes and charges.
