All our leather camera straps are handcrafted to order in the UK. Please allow 5-7 working days for production before your order is dispatched.

UK Delivery

Free Standard Shipping
All UK orders over £30 ship free via Royal Mail.
Delivery time: 2-3 working days after dispatch

International Delivery

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked service.

Europe
Cost: From £12.99 (up to 1kg)
Delivery time: 5-7 working days after dispatch

USA & Canada
Cost: From £12.99 (up to 1kg)
Delivery time: 7-10 working days after dispatch

Rest of World
Cost: From £12.99 (up to 1kg)
Delivery time: 10-14 working days after dispatch

Order Tracking

You'll receive two emails:

  1. Order confirmation - Immediately after purchase
  2. Shipping confirmation - When your order is dispatched, including tracking information

UK tracked and all international orders include full tracking. You can monitor your delivery progress using the tracking number provided.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and charges. 595strapco cannot accept responsibility for payment of these fees. Please check with your local customs office for estimated charges before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

UK Customers:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, you can return your item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
  • Altered, damaged, or soiled items will not be accepted

How to Return:

  1. Email us at 595strapco@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt
  2. We'll provide return authorization and instructions
  3. Return the item using a tracked service (you pay return postage)
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-14 days of us receiving the returned item.

International Customers:

Export sales are final except in the case of defects. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at 595strapco@gmail.com within 14 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs).

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Contact us immediately at 595strapco@gmail.com
  2. Include photos of the damage
  3. We'll send a replacement or arrange a full refund (including original and return shipping costs)

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. We recommend using a tracked service for all returns.

Sustainability

We're committed to reducing our environmental impact. All orders are shipped in recycled or recyclable packaging materials. We encourage you to recycle or reuse packaging whenever possible.
